What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 14 days and the product you wish to return must be with us within 14 days to guarantee a refund.
If you would like to return your product(s), please fill out the contact form on our website quoting your order number for further information on how to return.
Please note we do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene purposes.
The item you wish to return must be in its original packaging with the silver seal still attached to the product. Once the seal has been taken off, the product is non-refundable.
Do you exchange products?
If you would like to exchange a product for another colour or another size, please fill out the contact form on our website with your enquiry stating your order number. Although we will try our best to exchange your product, we can not guarantee them due to product availability.
How long do orders take to ship?
We ship orders in 2-3 working days of the order being placed. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, the order is shipped on Monday morning.
During busy periods such as Christmas, these times may vary.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are sent through Royal Mail and depending on the size of your order it may need to be signed for.
